Centurion Corporate Services handles registered agent representation, entity formation, compliance filings and notarial work from an office in Houston. That's the whole business, and doing only those things is deliberate.
Centurion Corporate Services was built in Houston after watching how much small-business failure had nothing to do with the business itself.
Good operators lost entities to a report nobody told them about. People paid three separate vendors to do four things badly and had no single place where their own documents lived. A founder would discover at the closing table that the company had been administratively dissolved eighteen months earlier.
None of that is a hard problem. It is an attention problem, and attention is a service you can buy. That's the company: someone reliable, at a real address, who owns the calendar and does the filing, and who will pick up the phone when the thing you were worried about finally happens.
This work has the shape of a season you do not get to renegotiate. The date is set by somebody else, the preparation is invisible when it works, and the only visible outcome is the one where it didn't. We would rather be boring on schedule than impressive after the fact.
Notarial acts are performed by a commissioned notary inside the firm rather than referred out. Day-to-day service, filings and client questions run through the client services team, not through one person's inbox.
Small firms usually hand you one person's cell and hope they never take a holiday. Work here is owned by a function, so it still gets done on the day someone is out — and you always know which door to knock on.
Your first call and the mailbox you write to. Onboarding, questions, anything about your account. They can see everything we hold on you.
Owns the calendar and does the filing. Prepares your reports, submits them, and files the confirmation back to your account.
A commissioned notary inside the firm. Books your session, performs the act, keeps the journal and handles the apostille if the document is going abroad.
Every firm publishes values. These are ours, written as things you could actually catch us failing at.
A reminder moves work onto you and calls it a service. Where we've said we'll file something, we prepare it, put it in front of you for one approval, submit it and store the confirmation. If you go quiet, we chase you rather than filing the email and moving on.
Our prices are on the site because a firm that won't show you a number is telling you something. Filing fees are passed through at cost with the receipt attached — marking up a government charge is the oldest trick here and the reason quoted prices never match invoices.
If reinstating your entity is going to cost more than you expect, you hear that before you pay us. If a cheap agent is genuinely the right choice for your situation, we'll say so. And if we miss a deadline that was ours to hit, we cover the penalty rather than explaining it.
The phone number goes to a desk, not a menu. Between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm Central, Monday to Friday, somebody picks it up; outside those hours, leave a message and you'll get a call back the next business morning.
All times Central. Those are the hours thephone is answered. Service of process is separate and wider — the registered office accepts delivery throughout ordinary business hours on every business day, because that is a statutory obligation and it does not flex to suit a call schedule. Remote notarial sessions can often be arranged in the evening or at the weekend;ask when you book.
Tell us roughly what you need. If it's urgent — you've been served, or you've just found out you're delinquent — call instead.
We reply to everything within one business day. Sending a note doesn't create a client relationship, and nothing here is legal advice.
Worth stating plainly rather than leaving somebody to find it on a filing.
Centurion Corporate Services is affiliated with Centurion Financial through common business relationships. The two are separate businesses offering separate services, and engaging one does not obligate you to the other. Where a client of one is referred to the other, that relationship is disclosed at the point of referral. Final wording of this disclosure is pending review.
Centurion Corporate Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We prepare and file documents at your direction and explain how the process works. Where something genuinely requires a lawyer or an accountant, we'll tell you that rather than guess — and we're happy to work alongside yours.
About the firm rather than the filings. The service questions live on each service page.
